Terms of Service

These terms are a legal agreement between you and AgentMarket ("AgentMarket", "we", "us"). They cover this website, agentmarket.lol, and every product we run on a subdomain of agentmarket.lol, such as Web Scan and Job Search Agent (together, the "Services"). If a product shows its own terms, those apply to that product as well, and they win where the two conflict.

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.

1. Read this first: what you are using

AgentMarket is a small, independent project. Our products are built and shipped quickly, with heavy use of AI coding tools, and many are experimental. They will have bugs, gaps, downtime and mistakes. They can change, break or be shut down at any time, without notice. Use them on that understanding, and do not rely on them for anything critical.

2. AI-generated output

Many Services use artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to produce results: scan reports, suggested fixes and prompts, job matches, resumes, cover letters, interview material and other content ("Output"). You understand and agree that:

• Output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased or made up, even when it sounds confident.
• Output is general information only. It is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, security, financial, career, immigration or employment advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing, checking and deciding whether to use any Output, and for everything you do with it, such as code you deploy, changes you make to a website, or applications you send to employers.
• Similar inputs can give different Output, and other users may receive similar Output.

3. Product-specific terms

Web Scan

• Only scan websites you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are solely responsible for any scan you start and for complying with the law and the target site's terms.
• A scan is an automated, point-in-time check. A passing result does not mean a site is secure, compliant, fast or well ranked, and a failing result may be a false positive.
• Suggested fixes and prompts are starting points. Test every change before it reaches production, and keep backups.

Job Search Agent

• Job listings come from third-party sources we do not control or verify. They may be inaccurate, expired or fraudulent. Never pay to apply for a job, and verify employers yourself.
• We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any employment outcome, and we are not a recruiter, employer or employment agency.
• You are responsible for making sure every resume, cover letter and application you submit is truthful and accurate.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the Services, such as URLs, resumes and messages ("Your Content"). You give us a limited permission to host, process and transmit Your Content, including to our service providers and AI model providers, only as needed to run and improve the Services. You confirm you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not need to, such as government ID numbers, health data or passwords. As between you and us, you may use Output you receive, subject to these terms and the law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive;
• scan, probe or attack systems you are not authorized to test;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass limits or security of the Services;
• scrape the Services or use them to build a competing product, beyond normal crawling of our public pages;
• submit malware, or content that infringes rights or contains others' personal data without permission;
• pretend to be AgentMarket or anyone else.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.

6. Accounts and third-party sign-in

Some products ask you to sign in, for example with Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity on it. Third-party sign-in is also governed by that provider's terms.

7. Price and changes to it

Live products are currently free. A paid plan may be introduced later. Nothing is charged without you choosing a paid plan and agreeing to its price at that time. Free features, limits and availability may change or end at any time.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on, and link to, third parties such as hosting, AI model, sign-in, analytics and job-listing providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

9. Our intellectual property

The Services, the AgentMarket name and mark, and our site design and code belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them except to use the Services as described. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, without obligation to you.

10. No warranties

The Services and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any data will be preserved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AgentMarket and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, employment opportunity, or business, or for website downtime, security incidents, search ranking changes or other harm arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any Output, even if we were told such damage was possible.
• Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, and (b) USD 50.
• These limits apply whatever the legal theory (contract, tort including negligence, strict liability or otherwise), and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. In those places the exclusions and limits above apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived by contract.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AgentMarket and the people behind it from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services or Output, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights, including any scan you run.

13. Ending use

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, change or discontinue any part of them at any time without liability. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 2, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14) survive the end of these terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of AgentMarket resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you a right to bring proceedings in your local courts or under your local law. Before starting any formal dispute, please email hello@agentmarket.lol so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes apply from the time they are posted. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated terms.

16. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them in connection with a reorganization, sale or transfer of the Services.
