Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AgentMarket ("we", "us") handles when you use agentmarket.lol and the products we run on its subdomains, such as Web Scan and Job Search Agent (the "Services"). AgentMarket is the controller of that data. If a product shows its own privacy notice, it adds detail for that product. For any privacy question or request, email hello@agentmarket.lol.

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we use outside providers to run the Services.

1. What we collect

On this website (agentmarket.lol)

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see roughly where visitors come from, what device they use, and whether they are new or returning. Google may set cookies (such as _ga) for this. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get no analytics cookies: for them, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode that sends only basic, aggregated signals.
• Server and security logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If you email us

Your email address, name if given, and the content of your message. Mail to our addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google.

In our products

• Account data, where a product has sign-in: for example, with Google sign-in we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Content you submit: for example, URLs you scan in Web Scan, or the resume, job preferences and other details you give Job Search Agent.
• Results we generate: scan reports, job matches and scores, tailored resumes, cover letters and interview material.
• Usage and technical data: logs of actions, errors and timestamps needed to run, secure and debug the product.

Please do not submit sensitive information we do not need, such as government ID numbers, health information or financial account details. Web Scan reports may be stored under a shareable link: anyone you give that link to can see the report.

2. Why we use it (and our legal bases)

• To provide the Services you ask for, such as running a scan or tailoring a resume (performance of a contract).
• To keep the Services secure, working and improving, including fixing bugs and preventing abuse (legitimate interests).
• To understand traffic on this website (legitimate interests, or consent where the law requires it).
• To reply to you when you contact us (legitimate interests).
• To comply with the law and to establish or defend legal claims (legal obligation and legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

3. AI processing

Products that use AI send the content needed for a task, such as a page's HTML or your resume, to third-party AI model providers to generate results. Those providers process it under their own terms and privacy policies. AI output can be wrong, so please review it before you rely on it. See our Terms of Service.

4. Who processes your data

We share data only with providers that help us run the Services, under their own terms and security commitments, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare: website and product hosting, security, DNS and email forwarding;
• Google: Analytics, Google sign-in, and the mailbox our email forwards to;
• Supabase: product database and authentication (hosted in Singapore);
• Oracle Cloud: the servers that run our product backends (hosted in India);
• AI model providers, for the AI features described above.

When you ask Web Scan to scan a page, it fetches that page through Cloudflare's network (a Cloudflare Worker), and falls back to our own server on Oracle Cloud if that fails.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a reorganization, sale or transfer of the Services.

5. International transfers

Our providers operate in many countries, including the United States, Singapore and India, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires, we rely on safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Analytics data: under our Google Analytics retention setting, at most 14 months.
• Emails: as long as needed to handle your message, and then for a reasonable period.
• Product accounts and content: while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the product, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Logs: for a limited period set by our providers, generally weeks to months.

We may keep some data longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes. Products are experimental and may be shut down; if that happens we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable time.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR and UK GDPR, California law, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to appoint a nominee. Email hello@agentmarket.lol from the address linked to your data. We will respond within the time the law requires, usually 30 days, and we may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To stop Google Analytics, block cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, but we do not track you across other websites.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures such as HTTPS everywhere, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, and these are small, fast-moving projects, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.

9. Children

The Services are not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email hello@agentmarket.lol and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will update that date and, where appropriate, tell you in the product.
